Do you require a deposit?
A standard 25% deposit confirms your install date and locks in your spot on our schedule. It is what lets us order your materials and plan our crew around your project. The remaining balance is due at job completion, after you have seen the finished floor.
How do I pay for epoxy flooring services?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is collected in two parts: 25% deposit to book, balance due at job completion.
Can I get a ballpark price over the phone?
The crew can give you a rough range over the phone based on your square footage and the type of system you're interested in. For an accurate estimate, an on-site visit is required because surface condition and prep needs vary significantly and affect the final price.
What if I need to reschedule my estimate?
No problem. Call us at (208) 808-2081 and we'll find a new time that works. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible so we can fill your slot with another customer.
Will I be pressured to buy at the estimate?
